CINCINNUS Referral Point Policy

Effective Date: 2024-2025

At CINCINNUS, we value our customers and believe in rewarding you for spreading the word. Our Referral Point Program (“Program”) allows you to earn points for referring friends, family, and others to shop with us. Please read the following terms carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to registered users of cincinnus.in who are 18 years or older.
  • Points are issued only through valid referrals made via the official CINCINNUS website or app.
  • Each person can maintain only one account for referral purposes.

2. Earning Referral points

  • A user will receive Referral Points when their referred person successfully registers and/or makes a qualifying purchase on cincinnus.in.
  • The number of points awarded per referral is determined by CINCINNUS and may change from time to time.
  • points will be credited to the referrer’s account only after the referred person’s order is successfully delivered and not returned/cancelled.

3. Using Referral points

  • Referral points can be redeemed only on cincinnus.in towards eligible purchases.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer, or any other form of credit.
  • CINCINNUS may set a maximum redemption limit per order (e.g., up to 20% of the order value).
  • Expired or unused points will automatically lapse after [X months, e.g., 6 months].

4. Restrictions

  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent activities will result in cancellation of points and account suspension.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
  • The Program cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Modifications & Termination

  • CINCINNUS reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Referral Point Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued participation will be considered as acceptance of the updated policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • CINCINNUS is not responsible for technical errors, referral tracking failures, or misuse of referral codes.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of CINCINNUS will be final and binding.
